Why Your Support Matters
Play Radnor exists because of the generosity, time and commitment of our team of workers, volunteers, trustees and corporate partners. Whether you give your time, make a monetary or toy donation, or partner with us through your organisation, your support helps create inclusive play opportunities for children and young people across Powys.
Access to safe, inclusive play can transform a child’s or young adult’s confidence, friendships and sense of belonging. For some families in rural Powys, opportunities to connect and access specialist support are limited. Your support helps remove barriers, reduce isolation and ensure that every child and young adult, regardless of ability or circumstance, has the chance to play, learn and thrive in a welcoming community environment.

Many of our activities are free or low-cost to families. Your donation helps us continue delivering inclusive play sessions, maintaining our Toy Library and keeping the Play Hub accessible to the community.
Every contribution, large or small, directly supports children and young people in Powys.
You can make a personal donation safely and securely via our dedicated Localgiving page - an online fundraising platform designed specifically to support local charities, grassroots groups, and community organisations.

Our Toy Library gives families access to a wide range of toys for all ages, interests and abilities - perfect for everyday play, school holidays and special occasions.
From sensory toys to games, outdoor equipment to imaginative play resources, the Toy Library helps families try new things without the cost of buying new toys.
If you have unused toys that could bring joy to another child, please consider donating them to our Toy Library. To help us manage space and quality, we can only accept items in excellent condition and by prior arrangement. Your donation helps us offer more choice, reduce waste, and support families across the community.

Volunteers are at the heart of what we do. From supporting sessions and preparing resources, to helping at events or behind the scenes, there are many ways to get involved. You don’t need specialist experience, just a willingness to contribute and support local families.
